Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge for travel time?

We do not charge travel time only charge for time actually working on the vehicle. Before AMMM commences any work, the mechanic will show you an itemised quote of work required and associated costs - you are always in control of the cost and will not get a nasty surprise.

What payment options do you accept?

Payment needs to be made at the completion of the job. We accept EFTPOS, all major Credit Cards including Direct Deposit (Remittance before job is completed.

Do you provide a service warrenty?

AMMM Warranty –
I will provide a 12 month – 10 000km warranty on all new parts and our labour. Excludes second hand parts or parts supplied by the customer.
In detail warranty covers –
All parts supplied and installed or serviced by AMMM.
Excludes maintenance items ( eg. globes, wipers, lubricants and fluids ).
Warranty is voided if any service or repair by AMMM is subsequently repaired or modified by another service provider not authorized by AMMM.
Parts warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or normal service life.
AMMM warranty service can be carried out only within our service radius.
AMMM warranty does not transfer with ownership of the vehicle.
If there is an issue AMMM must have first chance of repair.
New car warranty –
As a consumer, you have the right to have your new car serviced by any qualified mechanic, without that decision affecting the seller’s new car warranty obligations. We work to meet manufacturers specifications for new car servicing.

What are your operating hours?

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm. Outside these times by appointment.
